About Korea Apt Prices
Korea Apt Prices publishes monthly statistics on South Korean apartment sales and leases in English. Every number comes from the official real transaction price records that the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) publishes through the Public Data Portal (data.go.kr).
What the site does
- Counts reported apartment sales and leases per district, complex and contract month.
- Calculates medians: sale price, price per m² of exclusive area, jeonse deposit and the jeonse ratio.
- Writes short summaries automatically from those numbers. The summaries only restate figures shown on the page; they do not explain causes or forecast prices.
What it does not do
- It is not investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not an appraisal of any home.
- It does not cover officetels, villas, detached houses, land or pre-sale rights. Apartments only.
- It does not publish personal data. The source records contain none, and the site additionally checks every record before publishing (see Privacy).
Independent site
Korea Apt Prices is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by MOLIT, the Korea Real Estate Board or any other government body.
